RODNEY HALL has 28 years-experience conducting retained search and targeted recruitment campaigns in the homebuilding, community development and multifamily industries. Rodney entered the search business with the Talon Group in 1988, becoming a Partner in 1992. Over the past 28 years Rodney has completed searches at all management levels and disciplines for national and regional companies.
Rodney launched his current practice in 2012 with the desire to work collaboratively with a select group of high regarded clients. Our services include retained search and strategic advisory services such as 2nd opinion interviews and internal recruitment strategies. Our goal is to recommend the most efficient and economical solutions for clients– simply put, not all searches are created equally nor require the same resources.
Rodney is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving six years as a Vice Chair of the Community Development Council (Gold Flight) and five years as Co-Chair of the Community Development Council (North Texas district). He’s currently a member of the Residential Neighborhood Development Council, Blue Flight.
ALLISON WILLIAMS has 19 years in homebuilding, marketing and recruitment. Her experience includes strategic leadership roles with NVR|Ryan Homes, Trulia and Monster.com. Allison graduated from Penn State University, earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and is an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute. Allison directs all searches below $100,000 and takes a lead role with non-industry specific searches in finance and marketing.
